Returns and Exchanges


Items must be unworn and include original tags and labels to be eligible for a return or exchange. Items that do not meet these conditions will not be refunded or exchanged and may be donated.

We have multiple return and exchange options:

Drop off at Happy Returns®

No printing or packaging needed. Simply drop off with a QR code. Your refund will be initiated within hours.


Print a label and drop off at UPS

Pack your item, print and affix the label, and drop it off at UPS. Your refund will post 2–7 business days after we receive your item.


If you choose a refund to your original payment method and use our return label or a QR code, a $9.99 return shipping fee will be deducted unless the return is due to our error. If you paid with a gift card issued by Front Range Community College Apparel & Spirit Store as your original form of payment, you are not eligible to receive a refund back to the original payment method (details below).

  • All custom/personalized items (including those shipped directly from a Trusted Partner)
  • Trading cards (encapsulated/loose/boxed), game-used items, vintage gear, Under Wraps, Emanate
  • Venue purchases (must be returned to the venue)
International Returns
  1. Print and include the Return Form inside your package.

Keep your tracking number. Eligible returns process in ~10 business days after receipt; refunds then follow the timelines above.

Are there any fees associated with returns? If the return is our fault, we cover the $9.99 fee for use of our label. Original shipping costs are not refunded. The refund method you select during the return process is final and cannot be changed.

If you paid with a gift card issued by Front Range Community College Apparel & Spirit Store as your original form of payment, you are not eligible to receive a refund back to the original payment method. In this case, you must select “Return to gift card.” You will receive a Fanatics e-Gift Card for the refund amount, and the $9.99 return label fee will not be deducted.
Can I return my item for an e-gift card?Yes. Simply select the e-gift card option during the final step of the return process in the return portal. When you choose this option, we waive the $9.99 return label fee. The refund method you select during the return process is final and cannot be changed.

Orders placed using a gift card issued by Front Range Community College Apparel & Spirit Store cannot be refunded to the original gift card and will instead be refunded as a non-transferable, non-cash-redeemable Fanatics e-Gift Card that cannot be used at campus bookstores or bookstore websites or refunded to another payment method.

Returns FAQs

Can I return multiple items in one box?If you choose to use our return label, please be aware that some items must go to different facilities. If you receive multiple labels, be sure to use the correct label for each item. This is required for your return to be processed successfully. You'll still pay the return fee only once per order when using our labels.
My label is missing/expired, or I don't have a printer – what do I do?

Missing label/QR code: If your return label or QR code was created within the last 30 days, you can resend it to yourself from the Orders page.

Expired label/QR code: If your label or QR code was created more than 30 days ago, you'll need to restart the return from your order details page, if the item is still return-eligible.

No printer – Happy Returns® location: No printer needed. Bring your QR code to a Happy Returns location with your item(s).

No printer – UPS: UPS can scan the mobile barcode from the UPS site and print the label for you.

Defective, damaged, or wrong items Please report within 45 days of the ship date in order to be eligible for a no-cost replacement or refund. 
Do all items follow the same return timeframe? Most eligible items on our site allow for a 90 day return policy. However, items shipping from a Trusted Partner may be returned within 30 days of the shipping date; some exclusions apply.
How do gift returns work? Gifts can be returned for an e-gift card (emailed to you). We'll request your name/email, the purchaser's name/email, and the items you're returning, then send a return label.

Exchanges Overview


We are happy to offer Exchanges on most eligible items within 60 days of delivery.

Here's how it works:

Eligibility
  • Exchanges are currently only available for single‑item, single‑quantity orders to the same shipping address. If your item is eligible for an exchange, it will show in your Account or Track Order page.

  • You can exchange your item for the exact same product in a different size.

  • Exchange services are provided exclusively for shipments within the US and Canada (meaning orders placed on the Canadian site must ship to Canada, and orders from the US site must ship to the United States).

  • If an exchange isn't available, you may still return the item for a refund in accordance with our standard return policy.
Pricing
  • We'll honor the original purchase price you paid, including any promotions or discounts applied at checkout.

  • If the item's current price is higher, you won't be charged more.

  • If the current price is lower, no refund is issued, as the exchange is processed under your original transaction.
Shipping
  • We cover shipping costs for approved exchanges. No return labels or shipping fees will apply.
  • Your item ships to the original shipping address, and the shipping address cannot be changed during an exchange.

  • Your exchange item will ship once your original item has been handed to the carrier and shows a carrier scan.

  • If your original item isn't returned within 30 days of submitting the request, the exchange will be automatically canceled.

Exchange FAQs

What items are eligible for an exchange?Exchanges are available for single-item, single-quantity orders shipping to the same address, and only for the same product in a different size. Eligible items will show an exchange option in your Account or Track Order page. Exchanges are only offered for orders shipped within the US or within Canada (no cross-border exchanges).
